Andrea Gibbs Pickens is following the family tradition of being a Ford Motor Company Dealer, as the Principal of Tri-County Ford.

Andrea's family have been members of the Ford Motor Company Family for over 75 years. Family members from four generations who have served the Tri-County/Cedar Creek Lake area since 1933 are J.C. Gibbs, Andrew Gibbs, Andrea Gibbs Pickens and Chris Pickens.

J. C Gibbs grew up in the area and served as Van Zandt County commisioner for 12 years. His son, Andrew Gibbs, was 19 years old when he began working for Tri-County Ford at Mabank. Following his service in the United States Navy, Andrew became owner of the dealership and began the long-term expansion program that has brought the business to its present status. Andrew's wife Alene, is a partner in the business and Andrea (Andrew's Daughter), was made full partner in the business in 1985 and became the dealer upon her father's death in 1995. Her husband Joe Pickens is the General Manager and their son, Chris Pickens is the Service Manager.
